1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 We respect the rights of our Customers and others to their private information and process their personal data lawfully and fairly in order to justify their trust.

1.3 We collect only those Customer Data that are necessary for the Company's business activities and/or when visiting, using, browsing the Company's website www.nidore.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), the Company's Facebook and other social network accounts, websites, etc. We ensure that the Customer Data collected and processed will be secure and will be used only for a specific purpose.
1.4 By submitting your personal data to us, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, understand its provisions and agree to comply with it.
1.5 The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the Company's protection of the privacy of its Customers, to explain how the Company protects the Customers' personal data and to help Customers understand how the Customers' personal data is processed and what their rights are.
2. CONCEPTS
2.1 Customer - any natural or legal person, data subject, who orders, purchases, uses, has used or has expressed a desire to use the Company's services, visits the Company's website, marketplaces, or is in any other way connected with the services provided by the Company.
2.2 Personal Data means any information relating directly or indirectly to a Customer whose identity is known or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to the data concerned. Processing of Personal Data means any operation performed on Personal Data (including collection, recording, storage, editing, modification, providing access to, requesting, transmitting, archiving, etc.).
3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 The Company processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts regulating personal data processing.
3.2 The scope of personal data processed depends on the services/goods of the Company that are ordered, purchased or used and the information provided by the individual as a visitor to the Company's website when ordering, purchasing and/or using the Company's services, visiting or registering on the Company's website.
4. SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Personal data is provided by the Customer when contacting the Company, registering for services, using the Company's services, purchasing goods, participating in a loyalty program, lotteries or contests, surveys or studies, leaving comments, asking questions, subscribing to newsletters, and/or using the Company's services, or when contacting the Company to request a consultation.
4.2. Personal data is also obtained when the Customer visits the Company's website at www.nidore.lt and the Company's accounts referred to in clause 7. The Company uses cookies on the Website. Cookies are files that store information on the Client's computer hard drive or in a search engine. This enables the Company to identify that the Customer has visited the Company's website before. The Company uses cookies to ensure that the Customer has the best experience on the website. You can find out more about our use of cookies in clause 11.
4.3. Personal data is obtained on the basis of the Customer's consent. Upon placing an order to purchase product(s) on the website and/or registering on the nidore.lt website, the Customer shall be deemed to have: a) consented to the provision of his/her personal data; b) agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and the personal data protection policy set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase; and c) does not object to the processing of the Customer's personal data by the Seller for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. In cases where the Customer has expressed a wish to receive information or express an opinion on specific products and/or services, personal data may be processed in order to ensure the provision of the information required by the Customer. For the purposes of Customer opinion surveys, market research and statistical data collection, organising games and promotions for Customers, with the Customer's consent or for the legitimate interest of improving the quality of the Company's services/goods, the Customer's experience as a recipient of the services, and the development of new products and services. The Customer has the right to withdraw the consent given to the Company at any time ("Right to be Forgotten"). The consent will remain valid until it is fulfilled or, as the case may be, revoked, if this happens sooner. Revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the relevant consent given prior to revocation.
5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The Seller receives personal data directly from the Customer (after the Customer has registered for a customer account on the Website and initiated the Purchase and Sale Agreement). The Customer is obliged to provide correct personal data at the time of registration and/or purchase. The Seller does not process personal data obtained by other means. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the data provided in the registration form and/or at the time of ordering is accurate, correct and complete. If the data provided by the Customer in the registration form changes, the Customer must update it without delay. In no event will the Seller be liable for damages caused to the Customer and/or third parties as a result of the Customer's provision of incorrect and/or incomplete personal data, or failure to amend and update the data after the data has changed. By providing personal data to the Company, the Client agrees that the Company may use the collected data to fulfil its obligations to the Client and to provide the services expected by the Client. The Company needs the Client's personal data for the following purposes:
5.1.1. Establishing and executing contracts with the data subject for services provided by the company, services received by the company, purchase and sale agreements; maintaining contacts, ensuring the possibility of contacting the data subject; accounting for taxes and controlling payments;
5.1.2. for direct marketing purposes.
5.1.2.1. by ticking the field "I would like to receive the best nidore.lt offers and be the first to know the latest news" in the registration form, the Customer indicates that he/she agrees to receive informational and promotional material about services, goods from the Seller to the Customer's e-mail address indicated in the registration form.
5.1.2.2. For the purpose of direct marketing, the following data is processed: name, surname, e-mail address.
5.1.2.3. In order to identify the Customer's favourite and relevant products, so that the Company can provide personalised and relevant offers to the Customer, the Customer's personal data is also processed by means of automated analysis. This method ensures that the Customer is offered products that are relevant to him/her and that only offers that are or may be of interest to the Customer are provided. The automated analysis tools are based on the Customer's browsing history on nidore.lt and other information provided by the Customer.
5.1.2.4. For the purpose of direct marketing, the following data may also be processed: the Customer's username, profile picture, gender, connections, and any other information that the Customer agrees to share via third-party websites (e.g., when the Customer clicks "Like" on Facebook).
5.1.3. for the purpose of e-commerce.
5.1.3.1. the following data is processed after registration but before the order is placed: name, surname, email, telephone number, address (where the Customer provides an address on the delivery form), IP address, customer identifier (which the system assigns to the Customer). These data are processed in order to allow the Customer to log in to his/her account or to make other purchases, avoiding the re-entry of data.
5.1.3.2. The following data is processed when placing an order on the nidore.lt website: name, surname, email, telephone, address (where the Customer provides an address on the delivery form), payment information (i.e. bank account or payment card account details), Customer order identifier (which the system assigns to the Customer). This personal data is stored and processed until the order is fully fulfilled. The data is then transferred to a passive database.
5.1.3.3. When submitting an enquiry on the website, the following Customer data shall be processed in the "Contact Form": name, telephone number, e-mail address, a product of interest.
5.1.3.4. It is possible to designate another person to collect the Customer's purchases, provided that such person has given his/her consent. By providing the Company with the information of the third person collecting the goods, the Customer confirms that he/she has the consent of such persons for the transfer, use and processing of their personal data.
5.1.4 The Company may use data not directly related to the Customer's person for statistical purposes. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of the Customer's identity or other personally identifiable information.
5.1.5. Protection of the company, clients' assets and employees (video surveillance). The Company seeks to ensure the security of its assets, information, employees and third parties in its legitimate interests, to prevent, control and detect unlawful acts and to ensure the effective investigation of such cases. The Customer is under no obligation to provide personal data and the Company does not seek to identify the Customer's identity if this is not necessary for the purposes intended. However, due to the nature of the surveillance by video cameras, the Company cannot guarantee that it will be able to carry out its tasks or obtain its services without the Client being in the field of surveillance by video cameras. The video cameras' recordings will be kept for a maximum period of 4 months, unless the recording contains information that is required as evidence in a civil, administrative or criminal case or is necessary for an investigation, in which case the video recordings may be kept for the period required for these purposes and immediately deleted as soon as they are no longer required.
5.1.6. For other purposes for which the Company has the right to process the Client's personal data, when the Client has expressed his/her consent, when the data need to be processed for the Company's legitimate interest, or when the Company is obliged to process the data by the relevant legal acts.
6. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The Company undertakes to observe a duty of confidentiality with respect to the personal data of its Customers. Personal data may only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract for the benefit of the data subject or for other legitimate reasons.
6.2. For the proper execution of the order, the following data is transferred to third parties:
6.2.1. To courier companies that deliver the goods to the Customer at the addresses specified by the Customer;
6.2.2. Companies providing marketing and advertising services.
6.3. The Company may provide personal data to its data processors who provide services to the Company and process personal data on behalf of the Company. The data processors have the right to process the personal data only on the instructions of the Company and only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of their obligations under the contract. The Company will only engage data processors that provide sufficient guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational measures will be implemented in such a way that the processing complies with the requirements of the Regulation and that the data subject's rights are protected.
6.4. The Company may also provide Customer Data in response to requests from the courts or public authorities to the extent necessary for the proper enforcement of applicable laws and governmental orders.
7. ACCOUNTS
7.1. nidore.lt accounts are links on certain web pages, which may contain the same information as on the Website, since nidore.lt is the operator of both the Website and the accounts. Users of accounts on the Website are subject to the Privacy Policy and rules of the website on which the nidore.lt account is located, as well as to this Privacy Policy and any other rules applicable to nidore.lt published on the Website.
7.2. nidore.lt has accounts on the following websites:
7.2.1 nidore.lt (fan page; social network Facebook);
7.2.2. nidore.lt has other direct / additional brand accounts on the following social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Google Plus, Youtube, etc. These social networks are subject to the mentioned above privacy policies.
8. STORAGE PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
8.1. Personal data collected by the Company is stored in hard copy documents and/or in the Company's information systems in electronic format. Personal data is processed for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing or for no longer than is required by the data subjects and/or provided for by law.
8.2. Although the Customer may terminate the contract and refuse the Company's services, the Company is obliged to continue to store the Customer's personal data for any future claims or legal claims that may arise, until the expiry of the data storage periods.
9. RIGHTS OF THE CUSTOMER AS A DATA SUBJECT
9.1. The Client has the right to:
9.1.1. to contact the Company with a request for information on whether the Company processes his/her personal data and, if so, to get acquainted with the processed personal data;
9.1.2. to request the Company to correct his/her personal data and/or to suspend the processing of such personal data, with the exception of storage, in the event that, after accessing the personal data, it is established that the data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate. Each customer may access, check, modify or delete his/her data by logging into his/her account. Requests for access, data corrections and inaccuracies can be sent to info@nidore.lt. Please clearly state your name and surname and username in your request.
9.1.3. to request the Company to delete his/her personal data which is processed only with his/her consent, if the Client withdraws the consent ("Right to be forgotten"). This right does not apply if the personal data for which deletion is requested is also processed on another legal basis, such as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or the performance of an obligation under applicable law;
9.1.4. to restrict the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with applicable law, e.g. for a period of time during which the Company will assess whether the Customer has the right to request that his/her personal data be deleted;
9.1.5. to receive personal data provided by him/her which is processed on the basis of his/her consent or for the performance of a contract, either in writing or in a commonly used electronic form, and, where possible, to transfer such data to another service provider (data portability);
9.1.6. to object to the processing of his/her personal data if the processing is based on legitimate interests, including profiling for direct marketing purposes (e.g. receiving marketing offers or participating in surveys);
9.1.7. to withdraw his/her consent ("Right to be forgotten") to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time by logging in to his/her account or by sending a letter to the contact details or address provided by the Company;
9.1.8. object to being subject to a fully automated decision, including profiling, if such decision-making has legal consequences or similar significant effects on the Client. This right shall not apply if such decision-making is necessary for the purpose of entering into or performance of a contract with the Client, is permitted under applicable law or the Client has given his/her express consent;
9.1.9. to contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate in the event of failure to resolve the matter with the Company.
9.2 The Client may contact the Company in order to exercise its rights:
9.2.1. by written application in person, by post, by a representative or by electronic means - by email to: info@nidore.lt;

9.2.3. in writing to the address Jonažolių str. 19-107, Vilnius, Lithuania.
9.3. The Company shall process requests from customers regarding the rights of the data subject free of charge. The request may be refused or charged an appropriate fee if the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, as well as in other cases provided for in the regulatory enactments.
10. CLIENT'S LIABILITY
10.1 to inform the Company of any changes to the information and data provided. It is important for the Company to keep the Customer's information correct and up to date;
10.2. to provide the necessary information to enable the Company to identify the Client at the Client's request and to verify that it is communicating or cooperating with a specific Client (either by providing proof of identity or by means of a statutory procedure or electronic communication that would allow the Client to be properly identified). This is necessary to protect the Client's data and the data of other persons, so that the information disclosed about the Client is provided only to the Client, without prejudice to the rights of other persons.

11.1. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit it. 12.3. Other websites linked to from this website may have different terms of use, privacy policies, processing of personal data and other provisions from those of this website. The Company is not responsible for the rules, privacy policies, personal data processing and other provisions applicable on Third Party Websites.
12.4. All disagreements regarding the execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements will be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
